Progressive Equine, Inc. requires obtaining individual contact information to schedule appointments, patient cares and needs and billing. Progressive Equine, Inc. is registered with the TCR and uses a verified sender identity. Consumer information is not shared with third-parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are collected for direct communication between office staff and doctors in regards to patient care. Information is gathered verbally over the phone, via new client forms or via text message. Information collected will be kept private and not used or shared with third parties without consent or unless legally obligated to do so. Users can unsubscribe by notifying our office via phone call, text or mail.

By Opting In, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

To Opt-Out, Users can unsubscribe by notifying our office via phone call, text or mail.

Data Security: All information will be stored within our practice management software, which is password protected.

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes your right to access and control your personal data under California law.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We offer a variety of convenient payment options to accommodate your needs. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, check, cash, and CareCredit.

Payment may be made at the time of service. A receipt and paid invoice will be emailed to you for your records.

For your convenience, many clients elect to keep a credit card on file for automatic payment. Credit cards on file are processed at the close of each monthly billing cycle, on or around the 1st of each month. A receipt will be emailed once the payment has been processed. Please let us know if you would like to enroll in this option.

All clients will receive billing statements no matter what their payment preference is, however, a valid credit card must be maintained on file at all times. Accounts exceeding 30 days past due may be subject to finance charges.
